Grief Dialogues

‘Til Death

A New Play By Elizabeth Coplan
OMDB Image

Three generations of a seemingly loving family reunite to help their mother achieve a “good death”

How bad can it be?

"Death is not
a medical event...

... It's a human

experience"

synopsis

Mary’s family returns to coordinate her “good death.” But her children, grandchildren and new husband all have differing opinions about what that means: Lucy believes death is just death. Michael believes death is up to God. Anne wonders if there is something in between. Jason is preoccupied with reconciling a long kept family secret, while Nick loves his grandma dearly and is there to help. And Hospice nurse and family friend, Blair, facilitates more than just the paperwork.
